Time and hand warmth reveal a complex nose full of fresh spiciness-star anise, bay powder-alongside dried figs, yellow raisins, citrus and blueberry. It evokes memories of chocolate truffles with milk chocolate and cocoa powder, with subtle notes of whole grain cereal. With water, it becomes silky and delicate, almost nostalgic like our previous '86 Invergordon’s. 
On the tongue smooth and elegant, syrupy but assertive. Chocolate, coriander, and nuts balance with a tingling white pepper. The long finish brings tropical notes, autumnal accents, and a hint of winter spice. Pure sophistication!
